the hotel is close to the theatre, about a five minute walk. the train station and zoo are about fifteen minutes away on foot. the historical centre is not far either.

the service was very good and polite. it was possible to leave luggage after checkout. this was important for exploring the town. the staff was friendly and helpful.

breakfast runs till 10 am. even ten minutes before it finishes, you can still get everything. there is a large bar with an outdoor seating area. breakfast is available if wanted.
